How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add products to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and choose your payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email support@sprkk.in immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also contact us with your order number for a live status update.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications (address changes, item changes) are possible only within 2 hours of placing the order. Email us immediately at support@sprkk.in.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available at most pin codes across India. A Rs.30 handling charge applies. COD availability is confirmed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes, EMI options are available on select cards via our payment gateway at checkout.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2-3 days. Tier-2 cities: 3-5 days. Tier-3 and remote areas: 5-7 days.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on all orders above Rs.599. A flat Rs.49 charge applies to orders below Rs.599.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to 25,000+ pin codes across India.
What if I am not available at home during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the parcel is returned to us and we will arrange a re-delivery or refund.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@sprkk.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product on SPRKK is sourced and quality-checked by our team. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
Do products come with a warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product. Please check the individual product page or contact us for specific warranty details.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
Email support@sprkk.in within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the wrong item. We will arrange a return pickup and send the correct product.
