Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, initiate a return within 7 days.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care and hygiene products (opened)
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as Final Sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@sprkk.in with your order number and reason for return
- Our team responds within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Pack securely and hand to our pickup agent (we arrange pickup in most cases)
Refund Timeline
- UPI / Net Banking / Card: 5-7 business days after we receive the item
- COD orders: Refunded via NEFT within 7-10 business days
Damaged or Wrong Item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
